We prioritize sustainability and safety. Most of our products are handcrafted from 100% natural cotton or wool, using non-toxic dyes. This makes them eco-friendly and safe for children and pets.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours. Depending on your location, standard delivery usually takes between 3 to 7 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached. Please contact our support team to initiate a return request.
Can I use these rugs on heated floors?
Absolutely. Since our rugs are made from natural fibers like cotton and wool without synthetic backings, they are perfectly safe and effective for use on floors with underfloor heating.

Yes, every Lorena Canals piece is unique and handcrafted by artisans in India. Because of this artisanal process, slight variations in shape and color may occur, which adds to the individual character of each product.
